Custom and personalised orders

Any personalised item cannot be returned so please make sure any personalisation you request has the correct spelling and is accurate. You will receive a digital proof to approve prior to printing. If you are looking for a complete custom item please contact me or visit my website to request a bespoke design.

Sizes of items are detailed in the descriptions for each item, if you would like a different size to those listed please contact me to order the item bespoke.

Do all orders take 5-10 business days?

In most cases orders are finished within 5 working days and arrive with you 1-3 days after. If you require a faster turnaround than stated on the listing please message me before placing your order so I can check my schedule at the time.

What if I love the product but want a different design?

Please contact me directly or visit my website and request a quote, this would be processed as a bespoke design.

Do you do discounts or offers?

If you contact me through my website there are bulk discounts available on orders over 50 units or orders with multiple items ordered depending on the products. There aren't any discounts when ordering through etsy.

How do I order day and evening invitations?

It is best to order them together unless you require more inserts for the day and less for the evening, if this is the case then order them in two lots. If ordering together, the quantity will be day and evening combined. In the personalisation please enter how many of each you require and ensure you enter the details for both invitations. Example '50 day Day details XXX 30 evening Evening details XXX' If all details are the same other than the time just enter: 'Evening details same as day except 'time 7pm''

I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that all of my items are personalised or custom. If there is a problem with the order when it arrives please contact me to discuss.

- 4 page invite (folded invitation printed onto aged white card with tassel and aged white envelope) this gives you the front and back cover as well as 4 pages/sides for your wedding details

- 6 page invite (folded invitation printed onto aged white card with tassel and aged white envelope) this gives you the front and back cover as well as 6 pages/sides for your wedding details

You may also add a separate return rsvp card if required.

The invites measure at A6 size (10.5x14.8cm) and can be amended to suit any colour scheme, please add your colour request to the personalisation box provided, or contact me to discuss.

Add your invite details to the personalisation box and message any photos to me. A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your invitations are printed.
