Help! I can't find my digital download link!

Upon payment confirmation, Etsy will direct you to a link where you can download your digital purchases. If you did not receive the link or forgot to click on it, you can always access your download by going to your account and viewing your purchases, where you will be directed to download the file. When will my order ship?

Shipping times may vary due to the handmade nature of my product. However, most items ship within 3-5 business days. If you need your order to ship sooner, please message me to find out if I can accommodate your needs. You will receive a USPS tracking number when your order ships. If you have any concerns or need to discuss expedited processing, please message me before placing your order.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to work with you to create custom workings, including altar tins and spell balls. Please message me to chat if you don't see what you're looking for. I would be thrilled to work with you to create exactly what you need.

Will you pack my order on Reels or YouTube Shorts?

Of course! I love making order-packing videos! Please leave me a note at checkout with your preferred social media and handle so I can tag you. Please note: I cannot tag you if your privacy settings do not allow tagging. I will contact you once the video is posted if you cannot be tagged. If you want an order-packing video but don't want to be tagged, that's fine too. Just let me know! 1/27/26: Due to concerns with recent privacy policy updates to TikTok after the US acquisition I will no longer be posting to TikTok and will be unable to accommodate order packing videos on TikTok until further notice.

I ordered stickers but the tracking hasn't updated.

Stickers are mailed via USPS letter mail. This is not a tracked service under USPS's current system. Etsy has partnered with Pitney Bowes to track letter mail, but it is still reliant on USPS scans as your package moves through the postal network. Most of my customers find that their orders arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. If you received a shipping notification from Etsy, but several days later it still says that your order is in "pre-transit," please wait a few more days. If your order has not arrived within 7-10 days, please contact me to discuss a refund or replacement.

👻 These have been tested in the dishwasher on both the top and bottom racks with high heat settings, but to ensure the quality of your sticker, we recommend handwashing any dishes/bottles, etc., that you place your sticker on.

👻 Stickers may NOT adhere properly to powder-coated products (including tumblers and water bottles). Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Please keep this in mind. I try to source sticker paper that works well with powder-coated products but sometimes the vinyl doesn't want to cooperate.
