When accessing our patterns or clip art via download after your purchase, It is required that you use a suitable Windows or Mac based computer in conjunction with a compatible browser. This ensures seamless compatibility. It is important to note that we do not endorse nor provide assistance for individuals attempting to download our patterns using mobile phones or tablets, as this falls outside the supported method. Etsy has not yet introduced a proficient solution for the proper download of digital files via mobile devices.

By purchasing any of our patterns or clip art, you acknowledge basic computer skills are required to achieve the desired results you are looking for. You also acknowledge that our download files will appear different then our display listing pictures until you upload the patterns or clip art to your choice of software to achieve your desired results. If you plan to print on fabric using our patterns or clip art, it's important to conduct swatch tests before mass-producing it. Although the designs are quality-checked, it's recommended to have more than one person review the design before production. Swatch testing is a must. While we fully understand any potential concerns if the final outcome does not meet your expectations, we must be transparent in our policy. Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds or reimbursements for prints that may fall short of your desired standards. The reason for this limitation is that, once our files are entrusted to a third party printing service, we relinquish control over the printing process, making it impossible for us to assure the quality of our files and the printed materials.

It is also essential to bear in mind that scaling any of our patterns beyond 100 percent can and will result in undesirable pixelation in the final output, a practice we strongly discourage.
