**Your listings say that you "enhance" the art. What does that mean?

When it comes to digitally enhancing antique art, I try to do as little as possible, so that my customers can get a piece almost identical to the original. I spend most of my time enlarging the artwork, sometimes starting with a file as small as 100kb, and carefully increasing it to over 100mb. Although this process can change the look of the original piece, I take my time to make sure even the tiniest details are not lost, and I do this so that I can offer the highest quality prints and digitals.

**What products do you offer?

Every piece of artwork from Vintij Prints can be purchased as a Poster Print and as a Digital Download. However, I only ship within the US, so Poster Print items are not visible if you are viewing from outside of the US. *Frame not included with print orders. If you want me to handle everything and then a beautiful piece of art shows up on your doorstep, then choose Poster Print. If you want to print it at home, find your own printer, or even get the image printed on something other than a poster, then choose Digital Download.

**How do I download my digital item?

Your ready-made files will be available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or with a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. You will receive an email sent to the address you used to log in to Etsy. You can also access the digital files from your Etsy account. Go to Purchases and Reviews, and next to the order, select Download Files. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

**Can I cancel my digital purchase and get a refund?

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital items are not able to be returned or canceled. This is Etsy's policy. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, please contact me directly if you have a problem with your order.

**What's included with my Printable Digital Download purchase?

From traditional poster prints to cell phone cases and baby onesies, the possibilities are endless. If you can find it available online, you can use the digital files to make it.

**What if i have a problem with my order?

Although my listings say returns and exchanges not accepted, your happiness with my products is my highest priority. If there is any problem with your order, like the item was damaged during shipping or even if shipping is taking too long, please reach out to me.

**What custom orders do you accept?

I accept the following custom requests for both Poster Prints and Digital Downloads. Prices vary based on difficulty of request. -Sizing & Cropping (any size up to 24x36" in satin prints, any size up to 36x54" in matte prints) -Color Changes -Add/Remove Text -Add/Remove Borders -Requests for specific artwork or artists not currently listed for sale in my shop. Do you accept cancelations, returns or exchanges on printed items?

Every print order is sent to production once it is placed, therefore I cannot accept cancelations or changes to orders. Because each printed item is made-to-order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is any problem with your order, please contact me through Etsy messaging.
