For custom and personalization orders, please check your Etsy messages as I would require confirmations of the sampleas from you immediately for complicated instructions. Otherwise, orders without confirmations even with incorrect details will be sent to production within 24 hours. Absolutely no returns or refunds for custom orders.

Size charts are normally included in photos. It's impoetant to measure yourself like tops, bottoms and foot, also measure your car seats prior to ordering. Since all orders are made to order and I keep no inventories, there will be no refunds or returns for incorrect sizes or if they do not fit.

Where are my orders coming from? .

For apparels, most of them will be shipped from the US except for a few items. Shoes and car accessories will be shipped from my production partners in Hong Kong or China. I have personally tried out the quality of the materials and output so a very good quality should be expected
