You can chose between :

- Digital File - A4 PDF. Please note that this is a DIGITAL product and that you will not receive a print of your personalised portrait.

- A4 (21 x 29,7 cm ) Print, on 200 gsm matte paper, sent with tracking in a strong cardboard enveloppe.

After you completed your purchase, I will start working on your custom illustration.

Once I finished it, I will send you a preview by Etsy Messages for you to review.
If needed, simple changes will be made. If lots of changes requiring time were needed, additionnal costs would be charged.

Once the preview was approved, I will send you the High resolution PDF by email.
Please make sure everything is correct.

This is a digital product only, not physical item will be sent.

Option 2 : You purchased a A4 Print :

After you approved the design for printing, I will send the personnalised portrait print in 1 to 3 work days. You will get a tracking number for your order.
