No discounts are allowed for custom orders. If you make a purchase for a custom order and you use a discount code, the transaction will be canceled and you will be refunded in full.

Can I return bulk chain supply?

Chain is cut for each order according to your specification (length desired) and cannot be returned for this reason. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me.

Can I get a full refund if I return an item?

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the product is defective. You will not be refunded the original shipping fee. *please note: sale items are non refundable.

Do chain or plated jewelry pieces and findings tarnish? Tarnishing is normal, however there are more quality plated that don't tarnish as quickly. In my experience real gold plated items will not tarnish as quickly. If you want the quality that is most resistant to tarnish I suggest gold fill or coated sterling silver, and actual gold pieces. **Jewelry should be worn with care ALWAYS** Electroplated jewelry is especially easily tarnished by humid and hot weather, moisture (water, sweat, etc.). What does Anti-tarnish mean? The products labeled anti tarnish have gone through a process that reduces the speed of tarnishing. They last a great deal longer before it will tarnish. Depending on care the products can last years without tarnishing!

What are the enemies of plated jewelry?

#1 water Yes, that includes sweat, salt water, fresh water, body lotion, perfumes and hair products. If you plan on swimming exercising or showering take off your jewelry first and keep in a cool, dry and dark place. When getting ready apply lotions, sprays, hair products and perfumes, and once these products have completely dried then put on your favorite jewelry. Doing this is how to make your plated jewelry last long! #2 sunlight Sunlight can fade the jewelry color and shine. If your jewelry is near a window that gets direct sun you might want to move it. I recommend a dark, dry and cool place to store your jewelry.

While some specialized vendors offer "tarnish-free" plated options, standard gold-plated jewelry is not recommended for everyday wear in Hawaii.
