Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Unless a mistake has been made on my part (such as sending the wrong item), I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Buyers are responsible for making sure their order and delivery address is correct. You may correct address or order with me up until package has been shipped. Refunds will not be given due to mistakes on buyers account.

I don't recommend showering, swimming, working out, or any other physical activity with any of my products or jewelry. The necklaces are very delicate and require very gentle handling to avoid knots, kinks, or broken chains. Chains are tested for quality assurance but removing roughly from packaging or tugging at the chain could result in damaging the necklace.

What are Second Sale Items? How does the grading process work?

Second Sale items are enamel pins or necklaces that did not meet or exceed my standards. Pin making is a very hands on process and as items with very small and detailed features, it is normal for some to have factory flaws. Some flaws are much more noticeable than others. Flaws generally include underfill or overfill of the enamel, a space that was filled with the incorrect color of enamel, spots in the enamel, tarnishing, any significant scratches or dents aside from subtle polishing strokes in the enamel, the post on the back being significantly off center on larger pins, etc. The grading process is like grading school papers. A=90-100%, B (Seconds)=80-89%. No pins are ever really 100% perfect.

Artwork in this shop are the intellectual property of Shannon Talbott. Images, artwork, and designs may not be downloaded, used, sold, redistributed, recreated, altered, or printed. Personal and commercial use of artwork and images without written consent of the artist, Shannon Talbott, is strictly prohibited.

Sizes for all products (enamel pins, necklace pendants, necklace chain lengths, print sizes, etc.) are provided in the descriptions of each listing. Enamel pendant sizes are provided in mm, and chain lengths are provided in inches. Please see listings for details.

How do Presale Items work?

Presale Items are products that are still in the production stage. This means I do not physically have the item in hand yet, and it will take a few weeks to get the item in hand, package them up, and ship them off to their final destinations. Please be patient with presale items. Since I have not yet seen the product, there is always a chance that some colors may not perfectly match what you see in the photos on the listings.

I'm buying this as a gift. What sort of gift options do you offer?

Always honored to have my shop items given as a gift for a loved one! I do not currently offer any sort of gift wrapping or hand written notes - however, if you fill out the gift message at checkout, I will happily print that off instead of including the receipt. I think you may have to add your name on the gift message or the recipient won't know who the package is from.

I made more than one purchase from your shop, both going to the same address. Can my orders ship together so I can be refunded the extra shipping charges?

Of course! I'm happy to combine your orders, as long as they have not been shipped yet and if doing so doesn't affect the shipping cost, which should only be in cases of larger orders. If you do want your orders combined, you will need to message me with your order numbers. I package a lot of orders and will likely not notice if you've placed multiple orders, nor will I assume you will want them packaged together. Just send me a message and I'll be happy to assist!
