This is the best design for meditation. The beads are a bit small for beginner but they do not slip. I love the smooth crystal feel. They came with a nice pouch to store them. I looked at many other crystal mala beads on Etsy and these are the only ones I would consider practical for meditation. The others seem like a fashion trend. These beads are beautiful because they are made of every beautiful stone and they can even be worn as a necklace just like others.

Ok this mala is close to perfect as they come. Excellent craftsmanship. Each bead is individually knotted by hand. I really like that it doesn’t have spacer beads like a Tibetan mala nor a tassel like many Buddhist or Hindu malas. The beads are actually stone and skillfully designed to work together. I can’t say enough about this mala. Only downside is all on me. As a large person with big hands my only wish would be for the beads to be slightly larger. Perfection and beauty combined.
