Who makes your products and how are they made?

✲ Each and every Frog Mustard product is lovingly hand-crafted in-home by the two owners: Alyssa & Brian. We have meticulously researched and tested to find the best product for outdoor use! ✲ Magnets are hand-crafted by applying printed vinyl stickers onto premium 20mm neodymium sheets - super strong! Please ensure that your car is magnetic prior to purchase. ✲ Stickers are printed and cut with professional commercial equipment with eco-solvent ink. ✲ Minor variations may occur due to our handmade process: imperfect magnet cuts or minor bubbling. APPLICATION: 1) Clean surface with water and allow to fully dry. 2) Peel away backing. Align and apply carefully. 3) Smooth out bubbles/wrinkles. Start from the center and press towards the edges. Bubbles? Don't worry, they will smooth out in the sun. ✲ For magnets, apply to a clean, dry, magnetic surface. Not all cars and car parts are magnetic - you should check prior to purchasing. Always remove prior to entering a car wash or during extreme weather conditions (snow, ice, wind) to avoid losing them! ✲ Magnets can warp/stiffen/curl in cold. Heat with heat gun/hair dryer to make malleable again! ✲ Note: avoid textured surfaces or plastic molding, stickers may not adhere.

Tracking & Shipping Issues

✲ If your package says delivered, please allow up to 72 business hours for it to arrive. USPS sometimes updates the delivery status for envelopes early. In these cases, the package is usually at your local post office, as there isn’t a delivery scan for envelopes when they reach your mailbox. Still nothing after 3 days? Message us - we are here to help. ✲ Our free, standard shipping uses Pitney Bowes tracking numbers (which start with 0). Pitney Bowes tracking numbers will not function with USPS tracking systems. Are stickers safe for outdoor use?

✲ All Frog Mustard products are waterproof, UV-resistant, and designed to withstand outdoor conditions for a minimum of 3-5 years. ✲ For the best longevity, remember to remove magnets during car washes or weather conditions. ✲ Want extra-thick magnet options or looking for more designs? What are processing times?

✲ We typically process orders next day, sometimes sooner! My magnet warped/curled! What do I do?

✲ If you live in colder climates, we recommend upgrading to our premium thick 30 mil magnet material, available exclusively on our website frogmustardstickers.com. Simply check the "extra thick magnet" box when adding to cart. ✲ Magnets may curl in cold weather. Take your curled magnet inside and heat with a hair dryer or heat gun until it lays flat again. Allow it to cool on a flat surface, then reapply.
