The industry standard when shopping in retail quilt fabric stores is that All Sales are Final. If your fabric arrives and it doesn't meet your expectations please contact me to see if we can accommodate a return in exchange for shop credit.

Fabrics that have been washed, cut, soiled or scented in any way cannot be returned.

If allowed, return shipping, with tracking information, will be customer's responsibility, unless we are at fault for shipping the wrong product.

I ship quickly, usually same day unless the order comes late afternoon or evening. In order to maintain lightening fast processing times, orders are often processed in even less than an hour. So if you made a mistake with your order, please contact me ASAP in an effort to prevent cutting the fabric unnecessarily.
