How do I download my digital purchase?

To access your digital files from your account: --> Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. --> Go to Purchases and reviews. --> Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Where should I print and frame my digital art?

There are printing and framing options that fit any budget. You can print the purchased file at home or you can have it printed at local copy centers like Staples, Walgreens, etc. For the highest quality print I recommend a professional online printing service. Whichever printing option you choose, I recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or card stock, or a premium fine art paper with a slight texture for the most authentic vintage look. You can buy frames at any local copy center or furniture stores like Ikea. You can also order them online. All digital art files from "Thymeless Art Prints" come in standard sizes for easy framing.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

Thymeless Art Prints artwork is for 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘. --> You are not permitted to use, share or distribute or reproduce the files for commercial use or resale in any form --> You are not permitted to use files to edit or make changes to then in turn use for commercial use or resale in any form

How do I choose correct file to print?

IF YOU HAVE A FRAME ALREADY: Measure your frame image size, and then check out our size chart. Example: your frame size is 9x12 inches. You will choose the file labeled “3x4” and tell your printing service to print it out at 9x12 inches. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A FRAME YET: Decide what size art you would like to have and then check out our size chart. Example: you would like an art print to be 9x12 inches. You will choose the file labeled “3x4” and tell your printing service to print it out at 9x12 inches. You can buy a 9x12 inch frame after that. Please contact me if you need a custom size.
