I asked Shan to alter a ring design for me slightly, and they were amazing and were able to accommodate the custom design I wanted, and ship it out to me in just a couple of weeks. The ring itself came out amazing, it's really solid and sturdy while still being dainty, definitely made from a generous chunk of silver and not hollow. And the gemstone is way more sparkly than I thought it would be. I gave it as a Christmas gift and the recipient loved it! It came in a really cute wooden ring box too which I loved. Definitely recommend
