Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

All apparel is made to order, so I don't accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check the size chart in the listing photos before ordering, or message me if you're unsure about sizing. If you need to change something right after ordering, contact me as soon as possible. Production starts quickly, often within a few hours, and once it begins I can no longer modify or cancel the order.

What size should I order?

Every listing has a size chart in the photos, please check it before ordering. As a general guide: if you're between sizes or you like a more oversized fit, size up. For reference, I'm 1.63m (5'4") and normally wear a size M. This is what I wear per item: - Sweatshirts: size L, a little oversized but still fine to wear outside the house - T-shirts: size 2XL, because I love wearing them as a dress - Tank tops: my normal size M for a perfect fit - Jerseys: size M, which fits loose but not too oversized (casual wear) If you're not sure, message me with your usual size and I'll help you pick!

Do you accept custom orders?

For some items I can make small modifications, like removing "The King's U" from the Heathens hoodie. Message me before placing your order to check what's possible. For licensed designs I'm not always allowed to alter the artwork.

When will my order be shipped?

All items are made to order and need 2-5 business days of production time before shipping. After that, delivery for popular destinations (US, UK, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden) usually takes 2-6 business days.

I entered the wrong shipping address! Can you change it?

Contact me as soon as possible! Apparel is produced by my production partner and the address can't be changed once production has started, which can happen within a few hours. If an order ships to the wrong address due to an error in the provided details, I can't refund or resend the package for free. If the package is returned to me, you'll need to cover the shipping costs for a reshipment.

My package is marked as ‘delivered,’ but I haven’t received it! What should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it: - Check with neighbors, roommates, or household members. - Look around your mailbox or delivery area. - Contact your local post office, as they sometimes hold packages and deliver them 1-3 business days later. Since the carrier has marked the package as delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you contact me within 14 days, I’ll do my best to help!
