This necklace arrived and was so beautiful, I did have an issue with the necklace not arriving however this was royal mails fault and not the seller, as soon as this was bought up with the seller she chased it up straight away and sent me a replacement which arrived so quickly. I was really happy with the customer service and the quality of the item
