What is your current processing time?

My current processing time is listed as 1-3 business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends. You can find your 'ship by' date listed on your Etsy invoice. I aim to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate fee based on the size & weight of the largest item ordered, so however many items you order, you'll still pay the same fee! Fees are based on four different methods of postage: letter, large letter, large letter (heavier) or small parcel. UK ORDERS Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Stickers - £0.85 Pens, Washi etc - £1.65 Notepads - £2.70 Mugs & larger items - £3.25 Upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class Stickers - £1.35 Pens, Washi etc - £2 Notepads - £3.30 Mugs & larger items - £3.95 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Intl orders are posted via Royal Mail Intl Standard Stickers - £2.50 Pens, Washi etc - £4 Notepads - £5.50 (Europe) or £8.50 (Rest of the World) Mugs & larger items - £10 (Europe) or £16 (Rest of the World)

When shoud I expect to recieve my order?

Orders within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days. Upgrades for Royal Mail 1st Class can be purchased, which aims to deliver in 1 business day. International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver to Europe within 5 business days and North America within 7 business days. However, these are NOT guaranteed delivery dates. International orders may in some cases take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. NOTE: Orders may take longer to arrive if it's during a busy postal season such as Christmas. International orders may get delayed in customs. Unfortunately I cannot control shipping delays.

Will my order come with tracking?

To keep shipping costs low, all international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard which does not provide a tracking service. If you'd prefer your order to come with tracking, please send me a message and I can get an accurate shipping quote for you. Tracking to the US would start at £9.
