This is a listing for 1 cup and saucer set. (A total of 2 pieces)
Your order will include:
Quantity - 1 of Johann Haviland Blue Garland Flat Cup and Saucer Set. These have small blue flowers with a silver rim.
These look beautiful on their own, or build a mismatched set that compliment each other in style and tone. This set is perfect for weddings, bridal or baby showers or tea parties.
Good vintage condition. As with all vintage items, they show some signs of use because the have been used and loved.
Selling a single cup and saucer set for $28
PLEASE NOTE THIS IMPORTANT SHOP POLICY: On rare occasions, items may arrive damaged. I do everything I can to avoid this, but unfortunately sometimes it just happens. I insure all of my shipments for this very reason.
SO IF THIS HAPPENS, HERE ARE THE STEPS YOU MUST FOLLOW so I can help come up with a resolution for the situation:
1.) Please contact me immediately through etsy messaging so I can help.
2.) Keep all of the original packaging from your order until I let you know its okay to throw it out. That means the box, all of the packaging materials, the shipping label and the item that is broken. Do not throw away any of these items or we can not move forward with a claim.
3.) Please send photographs of the all sides of the box
4.). Please send photographs of the shipping label on the box. This is important because it shows that the shipment that I have insured is what you received that is damaged.
5). Please send photos of the broken item.
I will do everything I can to handle the claim for you. However, my hands are tied if any of these items are not available for proof of the damaged shipment.
Again, these are unfortunate, rare occurrences but with proper documentation, I can offer you, the buyer, the protection you deserve.
