My order says "Delivered" but it isn't here!

For shipping Letters/Small Envelopes, Etsy uses a "Letter Class Label" that provides Seller & Buyer protection via a tracking number. Like normal tracking, this number lets you follow your item as it moves. However, since the label is not an official USPS tracking label, delivery updates are based on the last sorting center the letter was routed through. This can result in your item possibly being marked as delivered up to 3 days before actually arriving to you! This has been incredibly frustrating to learn about and I am still trying to figure out a way to solve this issue. If your item has still not arrived 3 days after being marked delivered, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

While it is not possible for my shop's carbon footprint to be 100% zero, a big passion of mine is keeping my impact on the environment as low as I can. This means that many of my items are packed in easily recycled, composted or reusable packaging. Any plastic that I do use is sourced from local art-supply thrift stores! Additionally, many aspects of my production process are re-implemented into my business where I can. This may mean a thank you card has misprinted art on the back, or your order may be packed using the backing of a sticker sheet! I thank you for supporting my goals of keeping my business and products as low impact on the earth as I can!

Can you make a this design into a _______?

If you are interested in getting one of my designs printed as a key-chain, a car decal, etc. feel free to reach out! ALSO if you have ideas for a design you'd like to possibly see me do, let me know! I love making new art, especially when it caters towards my audience :3 I usually have a list of designs/ideas to work on, all submitted by you guys! ♡

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! All my INDIVIDUAL Vinyl stickers are waterproof and UV-Resistant! They are great for many surfaces including, but not limited to, water bottles, notebooks, cars, etc.! All of them are dishwasher safe and have a long life! Stationary sticker sheets are NOT waterproof or UV-Safe! If you are unsure, each listing will specify these details!

Do you ship internationally?

Although my shop is not doing international shipments at this time, if you have a certain sized order and really would like it shipped internationally I am happy to work with you on that! Feel free to just message me here or on any of my linked socials :)
