1. Size and color are pre-determined!
4. Put number of pet(s) included in a tote bag (up to TWO)
5. Put name(s) of the pet(s)
6. Click ADD TO CART. Go to your cart and finish your order
7. Once you send a picture of your pet’s portrait through Etsy message, I will design the tote bag within 1-3 working days. I will send a final draft to you for your approval before shipping out. After your approval, I will begin making the bag and shipping it immediately.

- If you want to cancel your order, please message as soon as possible. Once the design phase is initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
