If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please message us asap, preferably within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, returns must be shipped within 30 days, and tracking must be shared within us. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Love the cape! The outer fabric is sumptuous wool, the cape is fully lined with black, and the garment drapes beautifully. Waiting for the delivery takes some patience, but the package was fully trackable so I could see when my package would arrive very easily. I'm looking forward to making a dramatic entrance in this!
