Do your cases support wireless charging?

Yes! All our cases are wireless charging compatible. MagSafe styles are specifically designed for iPhone 12 and newer models.

How do I find my phone model?

You can find your model in your device’s settings under “About Phone.” If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a message!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Production Time: 1–3 business days • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (U.S. only) Please note: Processing and shipping may take longer during holidays or high-volume times.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

What if my package is lost in transit?

Contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll help with filing a claim and do our best to assist you.

I love this phone case. The edges are smooth and comfortable to hold, which is a big plus, and unlike other cases I’ve had, it fits snugly and doesn’t easily pop off the corner of my phone. The only issue I had with it was the covers for the volume buttons. As soon as I put the case on, my volume buttons went crazy and wouldn’t stop changing the volume without my touching them. I was able to easily fix this, however, by gently pressing on the button covers from the inside of the case to loosen them a tiny bit. After doing this the case has been perfect. So if you find this happens to you as well, I would suggest trying this. The seller was also wonderful, as they contacted me immediately after my order was made and also kept me updated on when my item was shipped and also delivered.
