Traditional Paper: A high-quality, non-woven material requiring standard paste. It provides a permanent, professional-grade finish for a timeless look. Bespoke Materials: While these are our primary offerings, we have the ability to source other materials upon request. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please send us photos of both the item and the packaging, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Are customs charges applicable?

roper prep ensures a flawless installation! Please follow these steps: • Smooth Canvas: Apply to completely smooth walls only. Patch and sand any bumps. Avoid textured walls as they prevent proper adhesion. • 21-Day Rule: Fresh paint must cure for at least 21 days to ensure the wallpaper sticks and doesn't damage paint upon removal. • Water ONLY: Wipe the wall with a warm, damp cloth. Do not use soaps or chemicals, which leave residues that ruin the adhesive. Let dry 100%. • Safety: Turn off the power supply at your breaker and remove outlet faceplates before installation.

What is included in a Sample Order (12" x 8")?

To help you order with absolute confidence, every sample purchase includes TWO distinct pieces for each design you select: • The Layout View (Small-Scale): A zoomed-out version showing the complete pattern repeat, allowing you to visualize exactly how the overall mural will flow across your wall. • The Detail View (Large-Scale): A zoomed-in, true-to-size snippet so you can feel the premium material texture and perfectly match the colors to your existing room decor. Do US customers pay customs duties or tariffs?

For our US customers: We ship all US orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means our shop fully covers and prepays all US customs duties and tariffs upfront. Despite Etsy's standard automated customs policy below, you will not face any unexpected fees upon delivery.
