How can I mail my wooden invitations?

Our wooden cards are 1/8" thickness and in about 1.1 oz. weight and they are not bendable. So these cards need "Non-machinable Stamp (0.95 USD)" that we used them to mail out INC 5000 US night awardees in October, 2022 in San Francisco, CA. However our wooden cards are so new and some of PO workers are not sure to how to charge it. Some of our other customers need to pay 2.00-3.00 USD for each mailing in some other states. Please consult local USPS's for exact pricing. Some of our customers need to ask 4 different Post Offices to mail them with 0.95 USD non-machinable stamps.
