How long before my product ships and current processing time

We ship orders through USPS Ground Advantage from Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. For deliveries within the USA, the estimated shipping time for your package to arrive is 2-5 business days with Standard Shipping or 2-3 business days with Priority Shipping. If you're in Canada or Australia, your order may take 7-21 business days to reach you. Here's how our shipping costs work: Standard shipping is $5.00 for purchases up to $34.99 in the USA. Standard Shipping is on us if you spend $35 or more—it's free! You can also choose Priority Shipping for $7.00 for USA orders. Shipping to Australia is $35.00, and to Canada is $20.00 using USPS First Class Mail International.

What if my package is delayed during shipping?

We use USPS to ship the vast majority of our orders. Occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, we recommend contacting USPS to submit a claim. We have found that generally, almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind every product we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. • Returns received with 14 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping and applicable restock charges. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. • Custom items eligible for a return will incur a 20% restock fee. This includes: Fi collars and Two-Tone gear. • Fees are calculated based on the original retail price. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

How do I exchange an item?

Is BioThane® stink and stain resistant?

BioThane® is engineered to resist odors and stains. It performs exceptionally well in everyday conditions and resists most common pet and outdoor odors. However, it’s not entirely odor or stink-proof. Potent substances — such as skunk spray — may leave lingering odors that regular cleaning may not eliminate. Extra care may be required in these cases. Lighter colors are more prone to possible staining, so a little extra care with soap and water can prove very helpful. Magic Eraser and/or baking soda do help with cleaning. Deet may cause tackiness and/or pitting of the BioThane® material.

What should I avoid when cleaning BioThane?

• Harsh cleaners and other various chemicals • Extreme heat can damage the BioThane and the hardware, so it is not recommended that they be washed in the dishwasher or washing machine on a heated cycle. • BioThane® is waterproof and perfect for dogs that love to swim. However, it is important to allow the hardware components to dry when not in use. It is recommended to allow all components to fully dry before storing. We hope these tips help you to get the most out of your Vivid Canine BioThane products. While no collar is truly indestructible, our goal is for you to enjoy our BioThane products for a very long time. The aesthetics may change as the collar is worn; however, the durability and functionality should remain for years!

How do I care for my Vivid Canine products?

Dog Bandanas: Our dog bandanas are able to be machine washed on cold. We recommend air drying flat. BioThane® Gear: Our BioThane gear is waterproof, odor-proof, and easy to clean! To clean your leash or collar, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and water and drying with a soft cloth. • Brass hardware will tarnish over time, regularly polishing/cleaning the hardware will minimize tarnishing. Our nickel plated and matte black hardware can show wear and tear over time, however, this is normal and does not affect the integrity of the hardware. • To clean nickel plated and matte black hardware, we recommend washing with mild soap and water and drying with a soft cloth. We recommend drying off the hardware after exposure to salt water.

Does BioThane® Need to Be Sealed

BioThane® is highly regarded for its impressive strength, UV stability, and non-stretch properties, making it a superior alternative to imitation nylon waterproof webbing. Using a polyester core allows BioThane products to maintain their durability without needing specialized end sealing, contributing to a longer lifespan and better overall performance.

Limitations of the Lifetime Guarantee

Not Covered: • Normal Wear and Tear: Our guarantee does not cover usual wear that occurs over time with normal use. This includes scratches or dings on hardware and natural aging of materials, like scuffing or color changes. • Damage Caused by Pets: Any damage resulting from your pet, such as materials ripped or hardware that's broken or bent due to stress (e.g., from using a collar/leash to tether a dog), items chewed by pets, or items unsuited to a specific size/breed of dog, is not covered. • Corrosion of Plated Hardware: The warranty does not cover corrosion on nickel, gold, or black-plated hardware. • Natural Breakdown of Materials: The natural aging and wear of BioThane®, including a decrease in flexibility or potential cracking.

CARE:

Taking care of your Biothane gear is easy! Just follow these simple tips:

• Handwash your Biothane gear with mild soap and water, then dry it with a soft cloth.

• Brass hardware will develop a patina (tarnish) over time, but you can minimize this by regularly polishing and cleaning it.

• Don't worry if nickel-plated and matte black hardware shows wear and tear over time—it's normal and won't affect its integrity. To keep nickel-plated and matte black hardware in great shape, wash them with mild soap and water and dry them thoroughly after use, especially if they've been in the water, like salt water, to prevent rusting.

While Biothane is incredibly versatile and repels MOST of the dirt and grime it comes across, please note that it is not completely stain-proof in all circumstances. Regular cleaning is recommended to keep your Biothane gear looking new.

Due to lighting and differences in monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
