We test fit every single item that we have displayed in our store.

All the PreCuts our rendered and created by ourselves so that we can make sure that it works for our customers when they receive the item.

We do not drop-ship like non-branded china/international and play guessing games and waste customer's time.

Our goal is to make items that are applicable to install at home. Therefore, we test multiple times on our end to ensure that our PreCuts are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) level.

We only sell items that are up to our high expectations that should be given to our customers.

We do not sell random things just to make a sale.

Our handling time is 1-3 business day. Custom orders can take up to 3 business days before shipment. We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, but please note all items are made to order.

All our items are shipped out in USPS First Class Shipping Services.

We advise checking your order history on the Etsy App or on Etsy Desktop Page for Tracking Information.

Depending on the item of your order, it will be shipped in a First Class Package or First Class Orange Flat Envelope.

If you are unable to track your package with the USPS tracking number, we advise checking your order history on Etsy Desktop Page for additional details on tracking.

All items are made to order to ensure that every customer receives new and fresh material.

All our items are specific for each vehicle. We recommend customers to read description, title (year/make/model), review pictures before purchasing.

We take a lot of time filling in details about item vehicle compatibility. Please do not ignore details in the description, pictures, title.

If you have any questions, we advise you to message us before making a purchase.

If you made a mistake in ordering, be respectful and honest with us to find a resolution. Zero tolerance on customers' goal to manipulate for free purchases.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address for all orders.
We only ship to the address that is provided on the original order.

If the customer's package has been returned to us as return to sender or invalid address/incomplete/vacant, the order will be processed as restock (20% restock fee) and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Customer will need to place a new order again with correct address if still interested in the item.

If customer uses "forwarding services" from USPS, it will be the customer's responsibility on their package delivery. If the forwarding services from USPS fails and returns back to us, the order will be processed as restock (20% restock fee) and the remaining amount refunded.

We do NOT offer faster shipping method.
All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class Flat Mail depending on the item purchased.
Each order is processed and shipped within our handling time (1-3 business day). Custom order handling time will vary.

We do NOT accept rush/priority request - "can you fulfill my order first/cut infront of others, faster, asap, its for an upcoming event etc". We recommend you to plan accordingly before placing an order. Check estimated delivery date before placing an order.
