Camp mugs are hand wash only and not microwave safe
Ceramic mugs are dishwasher + microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended


🤍 Production and Shipping 🤍

Product production generally takes 2-5 business days to get shipped. During the holidays production can take up to 5-7 days, so be sure to order early! Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days. We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping so if you are ordering for an event please make sure you leave enough time for delivery.


🤍 Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges 🤍

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please cancel your order via Etsy or reach out to us, so we can cancel it for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We will replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order via Etsy messages so we can make it right. We ask that you include a picture of what is wrong with your order, as well as your order number when you reach out to us.

• Enamel on these mugs can/will chip if mug is dropped or hit against something hard.
• We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for mishandled mugs. Please handle the enamel mugs as you would ceramic mugs.
