Are you based in the US?

Yes, we are based in the live music capital of the world — Austin, Texas! During holiday or travel season, we also use Amazon fulfillment to deliver certain packages. Since Amazon warehouses are located all over the US, your package will arrive sooner from a warehouse near you. You may therefore receive a tracking number either through Etsy or Amazon.

Do you do custom/personalized prints?

We don't make one-off custom scratch off prints, but we can make custom destination travel prints. We can customize text/borders, and even certain artwork. Message us and we can see what we can do!

What shipping method should I select?

For US orders, Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, and Priority 2-3 business days, after your item is shipped. However, USPS does NOT guarantee either option, and we've seen it take longer for both options for some customers. Unfortunately, we can't control delays, so if your order is time-sensitive, we suggest Priority or Express. As the holiday season reaches peak, there will be inevitable delays due to high volume that are out of our control. We're at the mercy of USPS, so basically select Priority if you want it faster than Ground. The only USPS-guaranteed product is Priority Express. Our best suggestion is to order before Black Friday to avoid longer production times and shipping delays and holiday stress!

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the scratch off maps arriving back damaged. No matter how careful a customer is, 90% of the maps we received back in the past were not resellable due to inadvertent scratches, creases, or careless rolling. As a result, we are not able to resell them. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways for exchanges. If a new park is added, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges and do not carry stickers for new parks, as the foil is printed directly on the prints. But you certainly can make your own stickers. We can't control when parks are designated, so we hope you understand.

Why does my tracking say "Pre-Transit"? Does this mean you haven't shipped yet?

We ship all scratch off print orders within 24 hours after you order. This simply means USPS did not scan it, due to lack of manpower, high volume, etc. It usually happens with our scratch off prints, and less often on everything else in our shop. Unfortunately, we can't control how USPS operates, and this is part of the adventure of ordering during the holidays. The only way to know it to keep an eye on your tracking as it will eventually get scanned. You may not even see it get scanned until it's already in your city. And we've even seen customers receive their items while the tracking still says "Pre-Transit". Nether we, nor USPS customer service can see anything more. There is nothing you need to do. It will sort itself out.

Will I get my order before Christmas?

Etsy's estimated delivery date DOES NOT, and CANNOT, account for shipping carrier delays with USPS/UPS during December. This goes for every shop, not just ours. Orders after Dec 8 MAY OR MAY NOT arrive before Christmas. We ship scratch off prints out within 24 hours, however, high volume at USPS/UPS may cause unexpected delays that are out of our control, so we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. Order ONLY IF you are flexible with items possibly arriving after Christmas. We do not ship replacements while an order is in transit, as it causes more hassle and costs, as most customers will end up having to send back a second item, which usually arrives well after the first item.
