Do not wash the mobile.
If the toy is slightly dirty, I recommend dry cleaning, try cleaning it with a soft brush for clothes, a sticky roll, or scotch tape.
You can also steam the toys.
If a stain appears on the toy, first try cleaning the surface with a brush, then remove any residue with a damp cloth or cloth.
Do not bleach toys, clean them with chemicals. Particles of chemistry that remain in the material can adversely affect the health of the child and ruin the toy itself.

We accept exchange and return of a product only in the case when you received a product other than the one you ordered. The product has to be in the original condition without any traces of its usage. To make an exchange please contact us (or the seller) within 14 days.

We accept closing the order until the product is sent. The exception is the products with personalization. If the order is closed, a refund will be made in the amount of 94% of the original amount (PayPal Commission is not refundable) within 3 days.

We do not provide alternative payment methods other than PayPal

Possible customs duties are not included in the product price. Possible duties are fully paid by the buyer.

We start searching for your parcel if the tracking does not change its location within 14 days.
We write a search report.By the law the Postal service can respond to the request 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and sent to you, or it will be declared as lost.
If the parcel is lost, you will be refunded 100% of the order amount.
If the parcel is found but delivered late, you will not receive a refund since all terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.

If the parcel was returned to us because you did not pick up your parcel, the money is not refundable

If the product was damaged during its shipment, please provide us with a photo within 3 days from the date of receipt and we will send you a new item or make a refund

Mobile is not for play!
- it must be suspended at a safe height from the child (30-40 cm from the child’s eyes so that the viewing angle will be 45 degrees. Do not hang over the child’s head!)
- when the child grows up the mobile needs to be hanged higher so that the child could not grab it
