WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

• Most of our tees/sweatshirts are unisex sized and we typically suggest ordering your regular size (for women) as it will likely result in a relaxed fitting shirt (regular fit). If you are in-between sizes or prefer a more form fitting shirt, consider sizing down a size. If you prefer a very oversized fit, consider sizing up 1-3 sizes. • All sizing information (including measurements) is provided in the listing images and is given to us by the manufacturer. Discrepancies anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 inches when the garment is laying flat are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines. • Please carefully review these measurements and compare to one of your favorite shirts that you currently own to determine your size.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

• All of our apparel is custom made-to-order and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. • We do not issue refunds or process returns if you order the incorrect size, so please check the size chart (provided in the listing images) carefully before ordering and compare measurements to a shirt you already own to determine your size. • If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to help. In order for us to resolve any product issues, we require a clear, high quality photo which shows the issue with the product. • There is a no cancellation policy after the order is placed. Production begins on made-to-order items the same day the order is placed.

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER BY THE DATE I NEED IT?

• Please keep in mind, the estimated delivery timeframe generated by the system does not account for any understaffing issues experienced by the courier or delays due to increased holiday volume. • When your order leaves our facilities, it is then in the hands of the courier and therefore we cannot offer a guarantee that it will arrive in time for when it is needed. • We are not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by the courier and urge customers to order as early as possible to avoid any potential delays.

PRODUCT IMAGE VARIATION

• We do our best to make each shirt look like the listing photo, but please allow for slight variation. What you see on your screen may appear slightly different in design and/or shirt color; typically due to different screen settings. Design placement may also vary slightly but the overall look will always be very similar. • We have to rely on our suppliers who sometimes dye shirts in different batches and therefore can vary slightly in shade and tone of a specific color. With this in mind, they may not be a perfect color match if ordered in group sets of the same shirt color. • We print our designs to a set shirt size standard and therefore may appear smaller on larger sized garments. These are not valid reasons for a return or refund.

STOCK SHORTAGES & MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

• We work with various partner printing companies that primarily operate in multiple US locations. Please note that orders that are unable to be completed by the origin zip code location attributed to our listing (due to stock availability etc) we will route to one of our other USA facilities that is able to complete. If this occurs on your order, tracking information will display dispatching from one of our other facilities than was shown on checkout. • Please note that Canadian orders can sometimes be routed to a Canadian facility to complete when possible. • If you will be receiving more than one shipment, we'll do our best to give you a heads up so be sure to check Etsy messages! Tracking info will be provided on all shipments.

• The main brands we carry are Bella Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, LAT Apparel & Rabbit Skins. These brands are crowd favorites and we're always trying to offer the best quality possible for our customers.

SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST IN TRANSIT

• If an order's tracking information shows delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS/courier for further delivery information and to find out how to use the GPS of the tracking number. • We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to us incorrectly, and do not refund for items that are returned to sender. We can, however, offer to reship the item(s) at your expense if it is returned (this typically takes several weeks). • If an order is lost in transit, we do replace the items. In non peak seasons, an order is not considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement on the tracking info (US domestic shipping) and 30 business days (to all other destinations).

DTG PRINTING PROCESS & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• We use Direct-to-Garment printing for all of our apparel and don't use iron on decals and/or vinyl. This top of the line printing process uses eco-friendly inks and are made to last. In some cases, this process can leave behind a mild odor. This is completely normal and will fade as you wash it. This is not a valid reason to request a return and/or refund. • To extend the life of your tee and keep it looking great, please turn the shirt inside out and wash on cold, then tumble or hang dry if possible. Do not iron directly on the design itself or use bleach.
