Because we sell bath products and candles, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If you would like to return something you purchased or received as a gift, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. All returned bath products must still be sealed and candles must still be in the original box and in an unused condition.

Any custom or personalized items cannot be returned, only exchanged.

If you have a deadline that is before this estimated delivery time, please contact us before you order to see if it possible.

You will receive an email from Etsy with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please keep an eye on your email. Alternatively, when you log into your Etsy account, you can view your tracking number under purchases.

When you purchase a listing, you are purchasing exactly what is pictured. If you want something different than what is pictured, please message us before you purchase or use the custom request button on the shop homepage. Any substitutions, color changes, or mix and match products have to be approved ahead of purchase.
