To prevent doing so, it is important that you follow the care instructions included in your package as many chemicals and improper care can cause it to lose its color much quicker. These qualifications will be based on a series of factors such as the date of shipment, item material, and item availability.

*Returns will NOT be accepted for items that have tarnished after 3 weeks of being shipped. In addition to this, I will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.*
