Ring was too big so the seller told me I could ship it back to her for resizing. I shipped it back to her (at my own expense) and didn’t hear anything back from her after nearly 3 weeks despite multiple attempts to contact her. I had to open a case to get my money back, and I’m still out of the money I spent to ship it back to her. Awful, awful experience.
