Each pair is handmade to order using 316L surgical stainless steel plugs sourced from a trusted U.S. supplier. While this material is generally safe for most wearers, it does contain approximately 20% chromium and 11% nickel — which may cause irritation for those with metal sensitivities. After drilling the blank plugs in my personal workshop, I assemble each piece by hand using jump rings, eyepins, charms, beads, and chains. These components may also contain trace metals, including nickel. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to nickel or other common jewelry metals, I strongly recommend avoiding this product. Because every pair is made to order, slight variations from the listing photos are normal.
