Why is a phone number required?

Parcels shipped via express services like Dhl or FedEx require a phone number. Express deliveries are handed over in person against a signature.

I cannot track my Parcel

Parcels shipped with international post have limited tracking and take a bit longer than parcels shipped in express mode. I am able to offer cheap international shipping for smaller and lighter orders via international post. I request you to bear with me and reach out to me in case of delays.

What about customs duty?

Buyers in the EU zone may be asked to pay customs duty at the time of delivery even though the orders are VAT paid. The customs in Europe charge vat and customs duty on imported orders. The buyer is responsible to pay customs duty.

I wish to cancel my order. What is the process?

I do not accept cancellations. In case, you accidentally placed an order to a wrong address, there is a restocking fee of 20% + sales tax or vat paid. This is valid as soon as the order is placed.

What is the return Policy?

I gladly accept the return of items in their original condition for a refund. Taxes paid while making the purchase, if any, are NOT refunded. Our boho rattan cabinet and drawer handles are hand woven by skilled craftsmen and have a vintage look. These handles will revamp your chest of drawers, side tables, cupboards, dressers, kitchen cabinets and living room or bedroom furniture drawers.

Available in 9 types, each style employs a different weaving technique from plain round to braided. They come in a variety of shapes from half moon to round. The antique or gold trimmings used with the handles are brass.

Beautiful quality handles. Seller was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Shipping however was underestimated on the sellers part and slow. 4 weeks to Australia.
