I am short with wide calves so many boots that are sold online or in stores do not fit me correctly. Either the shaft is too high or the calf circumference is too tight. I gave up trying to find a boot that will fit until I came to Etsy and saw this option. This is the first time I bought a custom shoe online and I knew I couldn't get a refund if it didn't fit. But I am glad I tried it because I finally got a boot that fits me and it is well made and super comfortable. The turn around of ordering and receiving it was also much faster than I anticipated. The only problem I have is the zipper being caught on the leather inside when zipping up and down. It isn't a problem for me because the fit is so good that I do not even have to unzip the boot to wear it. Overall I am happy with my decision.
