All our items come with free standard domestic shipping. Standard shipping is to the curbside for large items and to the door or mailbox for smaller items.
If you need white glove delivery for large items, with them being taken into your home please let us know before you place your order. There will be an additional delivery fee for this service.

We aim to deliver within 5 days of purchase - please note that this may vary depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be provided with every order so you can monitor the progress.

Your number will be given to the courier company to arrange a delivery time and day if needed.

Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Can I order a custom size or different color?
Yes, we can accept custom orders, but please note that all our inventory is hand-crafted and not mass-produced and so any customization can take up to 3 to 4 months.

All our hand-crafted wooden furniture is solid wood, care for it as you would any wooden furniture with a soft duster when needed.

Reclaimed wood - Due to the nature of the materials colors may differ from the pictures shown on our page.

Bone inlay items should be wiped with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly, due to the natural nature of the material it will have varying tones of white and cream and will change color if left in direct sunlight. A colorless wax can be used to protect.

Wooden bowls - should be wiped with a damp cloth and dried and not submerged in water.

Wooden Vases - These items are vintage so some may no longer be suitable to hold water.

We are happy to assist with orders of multiple pieces, however we do not carry mass-produced products so we have limited inventory available at any one time.
