This giant log cabin quilt is designed to use one whole jelly roll with no waste, and no additional fabric needed to create a good sized (50” x 60”) throw quilt. It’s super-fast and easy, ideal for beginners with only 2 seams that have intersections to match!

With some extra fabric and a little more time, you can add the stunning pieced borders, which I’ve been told elevate it to art! That brings the size to a very generous throw or nearly twin sized quilt (65" x 77").

The 8-page PDF download includes:
- fabric selection guide
- detailed fabric requirements for 2 sizes
- detailed cutting instructions for minimum fabric waste
- step by step written construction instructions, including photo examples
- layout charts
- colouring page

Patterns are for use with your own quilting fabrics. The actual item being sold and downloaded are the PDF patterns for making the quilt, not the actual quilt or fabrics. This pattern is a PDF booklet that prints out onto either 8 1/2 x 11" US Letter size, or International A4 size paper. Make sure your software and printer are set correctly before printing!

Please note the photos of the quilts are to show what the quilts can look like when made up. The item for sale is the PDF of the pattern, not the quilt. There is no printed pattern that is shipped when purchasing a downloadable PDF.

The PDF is for your own personal printing for your own directions to make the quilts and not for mass printing for resale or for group distribution for classes (please enquire regarding discounts for multiple copies for classes).
