Note: This listing is for a set of two bath towels and two hand towels. Spoil yourself with these beautiful spa-style waffle weave bath and hand towels. They will dress up your bathroom or guest suite, but a set also makes a great wedding or housewarming gift. These towels are handmade by me, from a lovely fabric that is 56% linen and 44% cotton. They have a light, fluffy, slightly crispy hand with a texture akin to a Turkish towel or Japanese-style bath towel – both absorbent and slightly exfoliating.
They are available in four colors: Sky (a light blue), Milk (a slightly warm white), and Latte (a beautiful neutral natural light brown), and Fog (a medium light gray). A set will be all the same color.
One of my friends swears by towel-drying her hair with them. They dry quickly on the towel bar or in the dryer. The bath towels are a slightly oversized at 70x34 ", and the waffle texture gives the towels a slight stretch, so when you wrap them around you and tuck them in, they stay put. The hand towels are 24x14". I use generous .75" hems with mitered corners for a polished look.
If you’re one of those people who feels that being wrapped up in a heavy damp terry towel is like wearing a wet sweater, I think these towels will delight you.
