What is your current turnaround time?

Each of our products is custom printed per order. Due to the individual care we take in preparing your order please allow for longer shipping times. All shirts are designed and produced in the USA. It usually takes us less than 3 days to print your tee and make sure it’s the highest possible quality.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Because we handcraft all our tees, delivery takes a little longer. Usually our customers receive their orders in up to 7 business days. Please contact us, if your delivery is taking more than 10 business days or you have any issues with your tracking number. Keep in mind we do not ship during the weekend.

I need my order fast. Do you offer shipping upgrades?

We do offer expedited 3-day shipping for some products at extra cost. If you need faster shipping, write us a message including the product you want to purchase and your location, so we can tell you if that’s available for the product you have selected and what would be the time frame. Note that we can expedite shipping, but production still takes up to 5 business days and we can’t hurry that up.

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

If your tracking is stuck for more than 3 days, please contact us and we’ll check on it for you. Keep in mind that after you receive your tracking info, it usually takes 1-2 business days for it to update. Sometimes USPS mark items as delivered the day before they actually deliver them, so if your tracking says delivered but you didn’t actually receive it, wait for a day before contacting us via messages. Keep in mind that once we ship an item, all the information we have is the one available from your tracking number, just as you, so we need some time to contact the shipping company to provide you with additional information.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

All you have to do is contact us via Etsy Messages and send us a photo of the damaged product. We’ll replace it immediately if the cause of the damage is on us or the shipping company.

I have an issue with my order. How can we fix it?

Whatever issue you have, contact us in messages. We try to respond to all questions within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution to your issue. Keep in mind that we do not offer item exchanges if you ordered a t-shirt in the wrong size, so always double check the individual sizing chart in every product description.

I want to cancel or make changes to my order. How do I do that?

You can cancel your order or make a change in your shipping address within the first 24 hours after you placed the order. In some cases your shipping address can be changed once we have started production of your item - contact us the minute you realize you need that change, so we can check if that’s still possible. We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has shipped. If your item was sent to your old address and there is no forwarding address left, we’re going to receive it back in our facilities. Shipping it to a new address after that costs $8. Since all our items are made to order, so in most cases we do not make exchanges. However contact us on messages with your issue and we’ll see something can be arranged.

We print our t-shirts on Bella Canvas 3001 or Gildan 5000 tees, their sizes are pretty common. In every product listing we have a chart with measurements and sizes, which we advise you to check before completing your order. The best way to figure out which size would be your best fit is to take a tee you already love, lay it flat on a surface and measure it. Then compare the measurements to the sizing chart in the product you want to order.

Fabrics & Care Instructions And Colors

Our tees are made of 100% cotton (fibre content may vary for different colors). For detailed information on the fabrics check the listing of each product. Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F) Non-chlorine: bleach as needed Tumble dry: low heat, medium Do not iron Do not dry-clean IMPORTANT: Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

***ABOUT THE TEE***
We print this design on a Gildan 5000 t-shirt. These shirts have the classic heavy cotton feel. They are loose fitting unisex tees. They have a ribbed knit collar without seam, they are shoulder tapped to prevent back stretching and don’t have side seams. They are suitable for everyday use. This is a preshrunk tee, so you don’t need to worry about putting it in the washer as long as you follow the care instructions below.
Please, keep in mind, because every screen varies, actual colors might differ from depicted.

Please review the sizing chart in the photos before ordering. This is a classic unisex loose fit tee. If you like a slimmer fit, you may order a size down. If you are not sure about which size to order, please see the sizing chart in the pictures.
