After your purchase is complete, you will receive a digital embroidery file in the form of a .zip folder. It will include 7 formats and come in multiple hoop sizes, You can locate the sizes and stitch counts in the description and photos of each embroidery design listing.

What license do I get with these embroidery designs?

All embroidery designs include a Small Commercial Use License. You can create up to 100 items with these designs, which essentially means no mass producing is allowed. You cannot share these files, sell them or even give them away to others. You also cannot use any 3rd party printing or print on demand services with the embroidery files. All items must be made by you only.

How will I receive my embroidery design?

All embroidery designs are available as instant downloads. You will receive all designs in a zip folder once your payment clears. Embroidery designs are available to download in the Purchases and Review section of you Etsy account, and you should also receive an email with a link to download the design as well.

What sizes are included with the embroidery designs?

All embroidery design sizes are available on each listing. I create designs for 4x4, 5x7 and 6x10 hoops. If you don't see the hoop size you need, simply send me a message and I will see if it's possible to design it to your specifications.

What can I make with these embroidery designs?

You may stitch these designs onto physical items that you sell as long as they are not mass produced. You may NOT sell, trade, share, giveaway or include my files in any design set whatsoever. You cannot upload the designs to file sharing websites, alter or modify them, use any of the fonts to create your own designs for sale, or create SVG or heat transfers from the designs to sell. You must watermark any photos of designs so that no one can steal my artwork.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive the following files in a zip folder: DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, PES , VIP, VP3, XXX.

Since these are digital files, there is no way for me to get the file back from you once you have downloaded it. Therefore I cannot give a refund on any digital design. If you do have an issue, I will work with you to fix any problems with the design until you are complete satisfied.
