Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We aim to provide the best description and note any flaws; please keep in mind these pieces are lived in and loved. Also, it is your responsibility to refer to the measurements (if) listed. If you need more measurement info, please inquire BEFORE placing your order. We will not return items based upon ill fit.

All orders are sent with tracking. You should receive an email with tracking information. Currently we only ship domestic USPS.

All orders are ready to ship in 1-5 business days.

As a small effort to be more environmentally friendly, we no longer ship with a paper receipt. An electronic receipt should send immediately after purchase, you may choose to print if you wish. Please note— if you receive a promotion card, it is made from recycled paper!

Reserved means this item is being held for one of the following reasons; on hold for a customer, being used for promotional purposes (photoshoots), not able to ship promptly. Please inquire BEFORE purchasing a “reserved” item, otherwise your order is subject to cancellation.

Once an order is processed and shipped it is beyond our control and therefore in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We do offer package insurance which is an additional fee and we will ALWAYS provide tracking info. All disputes are handled with USPS; however, we, of course, will try our best to help you in any case.
