I can't promise that I can make it but many of my best items come from customer suggestions. -:- Due to the lengthy design process for my images, I am unable to make one-off custom images for my necklaces, but again, I do welcome general image requests.

Pendant necklaces: most pendants are under 1" in width or length and usually about 3/4" x 7/8" or similar. Necklaces: Most necklaces are 18" in length (this will be stated in the listing). Please send a message or add a note to your order if you would like another size.

My glass pendants are waterproof. The cord necklaces may last longer if kept dry but mine often get wet without issue:)

Two birds in the water. Mother-and-child / parent-and-child herons on this handmade glass necklace. This sweet herons necklace was individually made in colourful kiln-fired glass. Show your fondness for herons and water birds and nature wherever you go.

✧ ✦ ✧ The necklace will be 18" (unless otherwise requested) and has a secure claw clasp.

PROCESS & DETAILS

✧ ✦ ✧ I make these pendants individually from layers of glass, using a high temperature kiln as well as other tools and equipment. The image is permanently fused to the glass while in the kiln, using a type of photo transfer process.

✧ ✦ ✧ The glass pendant is strong and durable but smooth to the touch.

✧ ✦ ✧ A hole is drilled into the pendant for a secure fit to the cord or chain.

✧ ✦ ✧ I make each neck cord and neck chain which are specially designed to keep the clasp in the back and the pendant in front:)
