Proofs are free and sent as a digital PDF using the wording agreed in your order. We strongly recommend that you print PDF’s in order to view them to the correct size. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour, dates, spellings and grammar. Freckles & Fern will endeavour to check this, however, if proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, you accept responsibility for any errors. If replacements are required, these will need to be charged for in full.

All products are finished to a high standard, but due to their delicate nature should be handled with care by the customer. Please note that due to each product being handmade to order we do not offer a refund on unwanted products. All of our items are carefully inspected before packaging. If you have received your order and feel that any items may require replacing, please email us at hello@frecklesandfern.com or via Etsy messages.
