- prior mismeasurements
- lack of measuring
- personal preference or change of mind regarding the distinctive textures and tones of natural mango wood upon which we have no control
will incur a small £20 restock fee per piece which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included). Therefore, please ensure that the item size and the natural mango wood texture suit your needs before ordering. We truly appreciate your understanding and trust in the superior quality and unique nature of our furniture. ✨

Absolutely love this side table, thank you
Response from Ta Promis
Thank you, Karen! We’re so happy to have you as a customer.🥰
The item quality is really impressive. I love the look and build. If I have one negative comment is that I wish they were just a little bigger, but they are accurate to the item description. I just like them so much I want them to stand out more.
Response from Ta Promis
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Dallas! We’re so delighted you love the quality and build. We totally get wanting them a bit bigger – your feedback is much appreciated! Many thanks again! 🤩
These are cute little tables. We like them but be wary they are quite small! Our one qualm is that we ordered them in the same batch but the wood colors came out pretty different, so different I wonder if it was made with a different wood. The drawers also have a very strong odor after having them for over a month, but I have never aired them out so doing that may help. The craftsmanship is good.
Response from Ta Promis
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Sarah! We're delighted to hear you appreciate the craftsmanship of the tables. Natural wood does have its own unique character, so variations in tone can occur, but we understand how that might be unexpected. Letting the drawers air out should help with the scent, and we truly appreciate your patience with that. If there’s anything we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to help! 💕
Happy with these bedside tables. Exactly what I needed in terms of size (it’s narrow). Quality is not superb, but adequate for the price.
Response from Ta Promis
