Every order shipped out includes scannable QR code to an installation sheet with step by step directions. These instructions are to ensure the surface area is properly cleaned, your product is dry-fitted for fitment purposes, and then installed properly!

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping, but our products are mostly vacuumed sealed with a plastic wrap protection layer and will be shipped in a package!

Has my order shipped yet?

Most products are made to order that can take 3-7 business days in manufacturing before being able to be shipped out. We have limited stock due to the amount of vehicle designs, variations, and colors that we can offer. Once the product(s) has finished manufacturing, it will be shipped out and you will get notified with tracking!

We offer free flat rate shipping via USPS First Class Mail for orders going anywhere within the US only. For any international shipments, we are not responsible for any taxes/duties that may need to be paid.

We accept returns for refunds for any non-custom products that have not been used or tampered with that are not older than 180 days(Etsy's Policy). Items returned in original packaging are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Any items returned used/opened may be charged a higher restocking fee depending on the condition of items. To start a return, you will need to reach out to us on Etsy for the return form for you to fill out and send back with the product(s). Please note that we do not provide a prepaid return label for any orders that were fulfilled correctly on our end.
