Boutique Pop-Up Shop Guide, Small Business Tips (PDF Pattern)

A lot goes into a successful pop-up shop, and this is the ultimate how-to guide that walks you through everything you'll need to know for hosting your first (or 10th) pop-up shop!

I'm Liz Puglise, owner of Sugar & Spice Apparel online boutique, and I've done over 20 pop-ups since 2018. These pop-ups have ranged from massive to tiny, and I've learned something new at every single event I've participated in. My most notable events have been Nutcracker Market in Houston, TX (an event that is highly sought-after as a vendor, with 100,000+ attendees) and influencer Dani Austin's Divi Launch - the only event she's ever held that has included other small businesses. I was one of 25 small businesses that was selected by her team to be featured at her launch event.

Originating in Austin, TX, Sugar & Spice Apparel has been a vendor at events in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, TX, as well as Raleigh and Charlotte, NC since moving to the greater Charlotte area in 2022. Aside from my own business, I love helping other small businesses (especially boutiques) grow and learn all of the things that I wish I had known back when I started.

This pop-up guide is over 40 pages long and breaks down information into ten sections - from everything you need to do before the pop-up event and leading up to it, all the way to post-event and how to keep momentum going for your business after the event is over.
