Yes, all our pendants are waterproof and can be taken in the shower or pool.

Is my pendant necklace going to turn my neck green?

No! Our pendants and necklaces are all hypoallergenic and will NOT turn your neck green!

What material can I expect to get from my new pendant necklace?

All our Di Viomo jewels are available in 18K Gold plated or 18K Silver plated premium stainless steel.

Are shipping fees deducted from returns?

Yes. Acceptable refunds will be processed for the cost of product only. Shipping fees paid by Di Víomo are deducted as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier through ETSY and cannot be refunded. If a customer upgraded their shipping profile, that shipping fee is also deducted from the refund as it was paid directly to the shipping carrier they selected at checkout.

I want to start a return. Do I have to pay for my own shipping label?

Yes. As per ETSY policy, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping labels. Customers can select any shipping provider that they prefer as long as they can provide sellers with a confirmed tracking numbers. Returns without tracking numbers are automatically ineligible for returns through ETSY.

Are the earrings in compliance with health and safety standards?

Of course, 100%! Every earring is brand new, has never worn, and has never been shipped to, exchanged, or returned from an individual outside Di Víomo. Due to health and hygiene safety and in accordance with ETSY safety standards, earrings are *NON-REFUNDABLE* There are NO exceptions.

In the unfortunate event that your local USPS mishandles delivery, please reach out to us within 3- days of delivery so that we may provide a solution for you within Etsy's window of eligibility.

For those of you new to chain world a 20 inch chain is good for athletic to skinny people. When you add a pendant however it does allow the chain to hang. So for someone like my size (250lbs) get a pendent or else size up your length! Alright to the review, the chain is great! I was disappointed that the seller doesn’t have an option for a longer size, so I had to hit up a different shop that sold the same style and karot with hypoallergenic quality. Because of this i wear both chains and if i did end up having an allergic reaction I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one caused it lol! So far I haven’t had any issues! I’ve worn them since they arrived and been to the gym, never showered with it on. Zero issues whatsoever! I’m very happy with this purchase! The only negative is the size option.
