Topper is made of high-quality cardstock and quality photo paper. Embellished with small gold crystal rhinestones and pink tulle for the tutu.

Topper measures about "5.3" wide and 6.2" tall (not including stick, see pictures for details). From the bottom of topper to the end of the acrylic stick is about 3.5".
