Where can I find my digital downloads in my Etsy account?

To download your digital files from Etsy, follow these steps: 1) After purchasing, the file will be available immediately on Etsy. 2) Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the app) and go to Your Account (round icon at top right). 3) Go to Purchases. 4) Next to the order, select Download Files. For more information paste this link into your browser ➜ https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 If your payment is still processing the downloads icon will appear in gray.

I don’t have an Etsy Account / I checked out as a guest

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, a link to download your files will be in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction [!at] etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Can I customize the size of my digital download?

All artwork is customizable in size. There are over 20 different sizes to choose from to fit your space. We offer sizes in ratios of 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, 11:14, A2:A5 (ISO Ratios). Please refer to the Heirloom Digitals Print and Size Guide for more information.

Can I print a larger size than is listed on the Heirloom Digitals Print and Size Guide?

If you try to print the image in a larger size listed in our guide, you will lose quality in the print resolution. This may cause your print to look blurry or pixelated.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
