This item was exactly what I was wanting/expecting. I used it for a Halloween costume and attached my own fresh flowers and decorations to it. The headband was comfortable and sturdy. Yikes! The horn is in fact 4" high, but it's super skinny, less than 1 inch at the thickest part. Overall- it's sloppy and looks like a kids craft project, not worth the $18 with shipping. So close to Halloween, it's a good thing I'm crafty. Hey, with these standards I'm considering a shop on Etsy.
